Description: This development consists of a 3 basement carpark structure, 4 podium floors and 43-storey high-rise. Positioned in a prime location within the modern new CBD called Tun Razak Exchange, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The main structural frame of this 210m high-rise is composed of RC perimeter columns and an off-centered core wall. The horizontal system is of flat RC slabs. At level 26, 4 of the tower columns are transferred: this modifies the modal behavior and drift performances of the building. To overcome this problem, an outrigger system has been designed to be located at L28.

 

It comprises a 43-storey office tower on top of a four-storey podium car park and a 3-storey basement car park, housing a total of 605 car parking bays.

 

IJM Corp said its features include a banking hall, business centre with an open plan office layout, auditorium and convention facilities as well as access to the Mass Rapid Transit station via a sunken plaza, spacious outdoor terraces and sky gardens.
